TORKHAM, NANGARHAR 06 March 2014 (IRIN) - While Afghanistan is seeing fewer polio cases than Pakistan, the country faces an uphill struggle because of large unvaccinated populations just over the border in Pakistan’s Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA).
