First monsoon flooding tests preparedness in Pakistan

SIALKOT 12 August 2013 (IRIN) - Monsoon rain, which started at the end of June in Pakistan, has already killed 80 people and left over 81,000 displaced, according to the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), which says improved preparedness plans are in place.
