Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide
Adopted by Resolution 260 (III) A of the United Nations General Assembly on 9 December 1948.
Article 1
The Contracting Parties confirm that genocide, whether committed in time of peace or in time of war, is a crime under international law which they undertake to prevent and to punish.
Article 2
In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:
(a) Killing members of the group;
(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
(e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

کشتار مردم بیگناه را محکوم مینمایم و از دولت پاکستان میخواهم که عاملین این کشتار ها را دستگیر و به پنجه قانون بسپارند. از طر ف دیگر میخواهم بگویم که متاسفانه این کشتار ها نتیجه سیاست های نادرست رهبران هزاره است رهبران هزاره بیش از حد وابسته به کشور ایران استند تا به کشور های خودشان و همین موضوع سبب خشم سایر اقوام میگردد . بطور مثال در خانه های مردم هزاره اگر در افغانستا ن بروید بجای عکس رهبران افغان عکس های از خمینی ، خامنه ای و رفسنجانی وغیره را میبییند که این خود حساسیت برانگیز است از طرف دیگر هزاره ها خود را کاملا از این کشور ها نمیدانند که نمونه واضح اش هزاره های مهاجر افغانستان در استرالیا استند که کاملا خود را از بقیه افغانها جدا کرده حتی زیان خود را هم هزاره گی معرفی میکنند در حالیکه چنین زبانی وجود ندارد اما لهجه هزاره گی وجود دارد همین مسایل باعث خشم دیکران شده و منجر به قتل افراد بیگناه میگردد
